Special Olympics Lebanon County receives no funding from any local, state, or federal programs. We must raise all our own funds. 

Through donations, fundraising events, and grant requests we must raise enough money to pay for training facilities, equipment, uniforms, family activities, and competition expenses like transportation and registration costs. Some average costs are: 

• ​$225 is the cost for one athlete for an entire year of training
• $150 is the cost to underwrite one athlete for state level competition
• $75 is the cost for support training in one season
